About Me

My name is Ursula. I am a Psychotherapist in Advanced Clinical Training at Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy.
I trained in Transactional Analysis as my main approach. I have additional training and interest in sensorimotor and body psychotherapy.

I believe in working relationally with clients, honouring their experiences and coping mechanisms. I have a passion for supporting people to realise their true worth and full value, and to become the people they weren’t given a chance to become.

I have almost 4 years of experience of working with clients in short-term capacity through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) as an Immediate Support Counsellor.
I am a member of UKCP and ITAA, and keep up to date with current practice through attending regular Continual Professional Development.

I offer therapy sessions both in English and Polish.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy which can help people with emotional, social or mental health issues. Some people seek support in here and now, others come due to struggles with past events that still affect them in their life and take away focus from enjoying the present. I work exclusively with adults.

I have worked with themes such as:

Psychotherapy sessions are confidential. This means that you can talk about things you might not feel able to discuss with anyone else.

Book a Session

Coming to therapy can be scary and finding the therapist that suits you can feel stressful. To make sure we’re the ‘right’ fit, I offer a free introductory 20 minutes ‘hello’ session where you can come and meet me to see whether I am the therapist for you to work with. If I am, we can then arrange a mutually agreeable time to meet again. If you’re unsure, you can go away and contact me at a later date if you so wish. I currently offer individual therapy online and charge £50 per session. I am open to discussion about in room sessions (located in Chorlton, Manchester). All sessions are 50 minutes. Sessions are usually weekly.

My current availability is Monday and Friday (mainly daytime).
